Introducing the “Osaka Tartare Open-faced Sandwich” Loaded with Beef and Fish Tartare!

From Friday, February 7, 2025, to Monday, March 31, 2025, we will introduce the "Osaka Tartare open-faced Sandwich", generously topped with beef tartare and fish tartare.
The beef tartare is made with flavorful, tender domestic beef rump, cooked at a low temperature. It is further enriched with Amino Miso, a specially brewed miso containing beauty-enhancing amino acids, crafted by Dai-Gen Miso, a miso maker with over 200 years of history, located within walking distance of the hotel.
The fish tartare features fresh seasonal fish sourced from Fukahiro, a long-established seafood vendor in Kuromon Market with over 120 years of history. For an added touch of flavor, we incorporate pickles from Iseya Honten, a pickling specialist that has upheld traditional methods for 128 years, also based in Kuromon Market.
At the Talk Shop, we provide salt, pepper, and herb oil, allowing you to customize the flavors to your liking.
Additionally, the set menu accompanying the "Osaka Tartare open-faced Sandwich" includes:
"Sōkyū" (so cute) Inspired Drink
"Miso-strone" – a miso-infused twist on minestrone, packed with vegetables and enhanced with dashi broth.
The "Sōkyū" Inspired Drink is inspired by the color tones of our guest rooms, the artwork in the Talk Shop, and our symbolic cloud-themed lighting and furniture. While sitting under the "cloud," guests can enjoy the refreshing aroma of lemongrass and rosemary, which beautifully complements the "Osaka Tartare open-faced Sandwich", making it "Sō Cute."
