Mede Tai” food menu to celebrate the beginning of spring
This spring, the workshop is full of excitement!
To celebrate new beginnings, a seasonal 'Medetai' menu featuring the freshest sea bream - symbolizing good fortune - along with vibrant seafood, vegetables, and rich Kansai dashi culture ✨
1. Sea Bream Yuzu Salt Ramen - 1,200 yen (tax incl.)
Featuring a rich Kansai-style broth of sea bream, shellfish, and kombu, finished with Awajishima seaweed salt, this dish is served with specially aged noodles and seasonal spring vegetables - an unforgettable spring 'Medetai' experience!
2. Sea Bream & Seafood Japanese Paella - 1,300 yen (tax incl.)
Infused with the umami of seafood broth, Senshu 'Hinohikari' rice is paired with shrimp, saffron, and olive oil, creating a perfect fusion of Spanish paella and Osaka’s rich flavors - a true hybrid!
3. Sea Bream Sesame Marinade Rice Bowl - 1,700 yen (tax incl.)
Sea bream marinated in a luxurious sesame sauce made with three types of Daigen miso, roasted sesame, and kombu-based dashi, enhancing the fish's umami to an extraordinary level!
