At the "Talk Shop" on the first floor of the "Caption by Hyatt Namba Osaka," a café menu and other menu items are prepared using many of the ingredients gathered at the "Kuromon Ichiba" and seasonal ingredients that are rooted in Osaka.
The standby menu includes "gacho no karaage" (fried gacho) and "kaisendon" (seafood rice bowl), both of which are local Osaka specialties, as well as salads and pizzas featuring Osaka vegetables and other typical Osaka soul food such as takoyaki, kushikatsu, and niku-sui.
